From longevity luminaries like Dr. Peter Attia to professional athletes and university researchers, there is consensus that VO2 Max is one of the most powerful metrics to understand for those seeking to perform optimally while living a long and healthy life.

  • The most comfortable VO2 Max test experience. Unlike other tests in NYC, our VO2 Max test uses the latest wireless technology, allowing for greater comfort and freedom of movement without annoying hoses and wires getting in the way. The worlds top triathletes train with this exact same system.

Proteus Power Age Test

  • Initially developed as a training tool for elite professional athletes, the Proteus is a first-of-its-kind device that provides “3D resistance” across all planes of movement. This allows the user to simulate real-life functional movements, the vast majority of which are multiplanar.

  • Precision sensors in the device allow detailed measurement of acceleration, power, and unilateral differentials, providing a treasure-trove of data about which parts of your body are underdeveloped and potentially contributing to chronic pain, weakness, or impaired movement.
